The upcoming action thriller starring Alia Bhatt & Vedang Raina directed by Vasan Bala tells a tale of a young girl fighting against all odds to get her brother out of prison abroad. With a strong women fighter spirit theme Jigra also is about that sibling bond. Jigra hits theatres on 11th October 2024. Jigra is produced by Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt jointly.

Do Patti

Kanika Dhillon’s Do Patti stars Kajol and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. The cop drama is the maiden project under Kanika’s production house Kathha Pictures and shall stream exclusively on Netflix. The story is penned by Kanika Dhillon herself and is directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi.

Gandhari

Taapsee Pannu starrer Gandhari is the one women-led movie we are looking forward to. The movie is the sixth collaboration between writer-producer Kanika Dhillon & Taapsee Pannu. Gandhari a revenge drama, is directed by Devashish Makhija and the team is all set to kickstart the shoot from November.

Maa

The supernatural horror Maa starring Kajol is one of the most awaited movies. Directed by by Vishal Furia the shoot of the movie has been wrapped and we are eagerly waiting for it to be released. Maa is produced by Ajay Devgn under the banner of Devgn Films.

Mrs.

Directed by Aarti Kadav the movie stars Sanya Malhotra in the primary role. The film delves into the complex portrayal of a woman who is a trained dancer and dance teacher; but after marriage has to navigate the challenges of being a wife, as she tries to discover her path, find her voice and identity to express herself freely; even as expectations are imposed by society concerning her marital life. The film is an official remake of the Malayalam comedy-drama film The Great Indian Kitchen.
